You're invited.
We throw a party the day after Christmas — It's tradition.
Parents and grandparents laid claim to Christmas Eve and Christmas like seats at the big table, and it's tough to get all the kiddies together for the holidays. We don't want to compete, so we do our own thing without the traditional obligations. Join us on the evening of December 26th for booze, pizza, family, and friends! If you've ever been to one of our 4th of July parties, you know what to expect.
Please RSVP by Monday, December 22nd.
We ask that if you plan to come, please RSVP by Monday, December 22nd so we know how many pizzas to order. We put the order in before Christmas so we don't accidentally blow up our favorite local pizza place.
RSVP Now, Reading is for nerds
I chose green for the buttons this year.
Who's invited?
It's called Kiddie Table Christmas, but we'd like to include everyone who wants to come. We're not on Facebook anymore so spread this link around to you friends, parents, and whoever else you want to hang with. Your kids are invited, too. We have stuff for them to do.
How about pets?
Nope, our dog is a jerk. Reggie loves people and plays with children, but he feels compelled to assert dominance over other dogs, no matter how big they are.
We also have a cat.
You won't see her, but if you're allergic you'll absolutely feel her presence. Dope yourself up on antihistamines before coming over.
Okay good, now I'm in
I've heard people say, "Don't use green for your buttons," but they were the same people who said that Flash wouldn't go away.
What's the plan?
Come by our house the day after Christmas. This year it's Friday, December 26th. We'll be ready for people at 5:30pm, dinner starts at 6:30pm. We're going to order pizza! No forgetting tupperware, no packing up leftovers, no washing dishes. There will be cider and beer on tap, plus wine, egg nog, and bourbon. There will also be non-alcoholic beverages like soda, mulled cider, flavored seltzer water, and Marinelli's sparkling apple juice (because it's Christmas, after all).
Dom has rigged the whole house for on-demand music, streaming movies, and networked video games. If sitting around and drinking isn't your thing, we've got:
- A fire pit.
- Multiple Nintendo Switches, 1 and 2.*
- An assortment of board games.
- A Christmas movie marathon.
Last year, the party wrapped around midnight.
You've convinced me
I'd be embarrased if I said something so dumb. Enjoy these green buttons.
*Multiplayer games only. We have Mario Kart World, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (with all the available booster levels), Towerfall, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Tetris 99, and Super Blood Hockey.
Where's the party?
Dom and Kate's house in Drexel Hill, PA.
Okay, I'm in.
Great. Fill this out. It'll notify Dom & Kate and Kate & Thom that you're coming. You might get an email with the party itinerary at a later date, but no promises. We might even share pictures of the party afterwards, but probably not.
Heads up!
Bookmark this URL and give us your emails if you want to get invited again.
Please mention if your parents, children, or family friends will also be in attendance and remind us of your special dietary restrictions so we can do our best to not kill you. We have a dog and a cat. If you're allergic to those things you're going to have to plan ahead.
